The activity provided here focus on the “measuring and selling price for cutting straps.” It outlines the steps to take in calculating a selling price, and gives students the opportunity to practice those steps and make their own calculations. The emphasis on organization and calculations makes this an excellent activity to incorporate into a mathematics classroom.
