Description:
This website presents the Superconductivity and Magnetism Group's three main research pursuits: single crystal growth and sample preparation; measurements of magnetic, thermodynamic, and transport properties; and neutron scattering studies. Students and educators can learn about the history of superconductivity, while researchers will find detailed descriptions of Warwick University's facilities -- which include infrared image furnaces, a radio frequency generator, a multi-angle position sensitive spectrometer, and a Quantum Design Physical Properties Measurement System. The site also provides downloads of many of the group's publications.
