In addition to learning about the production of these components, students will gain a greater understanding of "reduction-oxidation process, Ohm’s law, and the mechanism of metal electroplating." The included 'Teacher's Guide' details needed materials, step-by-step instructions, and an example of a completed student worksheet. A student worksheet includes activity instructions and questions to assess comprehension.
