Title: Where Does All the Water Go?

Description:

This activity provides a real world application of the ATEEC Recommended Core Curriculum. This curriculum was identified by ATEEC Fellows as necessary preparation for environmental technology occupation. Students will determine "where the water run-off from the school actually ends up" and, in the process, learn about topographic maps and surveying equipment. The activity is appropriate for high schoolers in an earth science or technology course.
