Description: This paper describes the use of multimedia course ware to help student learning and accommodate learning style differences. The course ware was originally aimed at improving the retention of underrepresented minority engineers but has been further designed to work with a variety of students. This paper focuses on the Spatial Reasoning project which is aimed at improving the retention of female engineering students.
