Description: The Proven Practices site from the National Institute for Women in Trades, Technology, and Science provides this 286 page report on more than fifty undergraduate engineering programs. The study used questionnaires for students, engineering deans, and engineering faculty as well as student focus groups and site visits. Overall, the study found the "importance of Women in Engineering programs on campus and other tools to increase retention rates of women."
