Description:
This learning activity from the Advanced Technology Environmental and Energy Center (ATEEC) will help students understand the impacts of pollution in an ecosystem and the effects those substances can have on those who live there. The class will define basic routes of entry as well as the toxicological effects of chemicals on the body. The activity should take about 50 minutes to set up, and is designed to be done in two 15 minute sessions.
