Description: This module, created by The Maricopa Center for Learning and Instruction, discusses the use of three-dimensional graphics in different industries. The presentation posits that while these graphics have been used extensively in the games and entertainment industry, they have great potential growth for use in a business environment. The module focuses on the difference between two and three-dimensional graphics, three-dimensional operations, tools, applications and the benefits and challenges of using these images. The work is extensively outlined for great ease in either presentation or implementation into a curriculum. An instructor guide, presentation, practice activity, student project, grading rubric and quiz are all included.
