Title: Optics-Reflection and the Ray Model of Light
Url: https://www.physicsclassroom.com/class/refln
Creator: Henderson, Tom
Publisher: Physics Classroom
Description: Created by Tom Henderson of Physics Classroom.com, this item is a chapter in a beginning physics tutorial. The ray nature of light is used to explain how light reflects off both planar and curved surfaces to produce images. Reflection produced by plane mirrors, concave mirrors, and convex mirrors are all explored with accompanying flash animations to illustrate geometric properties. This is simply a subset of a much larger collection of physics tutorials, lessons and other helpful items.
