Title: Center for Nanoscale Systems Institute for Physics Teachers
Url: http://www.cns.cornell.edu/cipt/labs/lab-index.html
Publisher: Cornell University
Description: This National Science Foundation-sponsored collection provides instructions for 24 inquiry-based high school physics labs. Topics include mechanics, waves, E&M, optics, and quantum scattering. The materials on atomic force microscopy and resistance of atomic wires are among the few web-based resources on nanophysics designed specifically for high school students. Comprehensive, standards-based lab manuals are available for download, and users have completed training may borrow lab kits from the Cornell lending library if the lab materials are unavailable in the classroom.
