Title: VirOligo Compilation Lab: A Simple Solution for Oligonucleotide Design

Description: Coordinated through the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Oklahoma State University, this database project "collects virus-specific oligonucleotides for viral detection from published literature." The database includes a large number of viruses. Most recently, the Influenza virus, Foot-and-Mouth disease virus, smallpox, and cowpox viruses were added. Each virus record contains publication data and a variety of other information about the different strains.
