The text was "intended as a basic reference for all Navy personnel whose duties require them to have a knowledge of the fundamentals of fluid power." Along with an introduction to fluid power, this text covers pneumatics, valves, and sealing devices, along with many other topics. Five assignments from the textbook are also offered here. While the chapters are free to view online, a subscription is required to download a copy of the textbook.
