Description: The goal of the BioFrontiers Institute at the University of Colorado is to "advance human health and welfare by exploring critical frontiers of unknown biology and translating new knowledge to practical applications." The Institute's work includes educating new teams of interdisciplinary scientists and expanding Colorado's leadership in biotechnology.
