Url: http://et.portal.concord.org/preview
Publisher: Concord Consortium
Description: This resource provides a 13-question assessment on the basics of semiconductors. It is meant to be used after students have completed the introduction to semiconductors activity. Core concepts covered in these materials include understanding holes as charge carriers, doped semiconductors, the P-N junction, energy levels and energy bands, and band structure and conductivity. Although a preview of the activity is available, instructors and students are encouraged to sign up with the Electron Technologies site before starting to use these materials.
