The activities encourage students to think critically about a real life problem and understand the steps necessary to solve that problem. The learning cycle includes understanding the situation, analyzing the problem, making insights in the field, developing resources and creating proposals. This activity presents a church office that needs to upgrade its computer network. A computer technician works with church employees to solve their technological issues. The website includes downloadable documents that students may fill in as they complete the exercise. An instructor guide is also included.
