Title: Electronics Simulations and Lessons

Description: These are five free downloadable simulations for experimenting with and learning basic electronics concepts. The software includes a LED (Light Emitting Diode) Simulation which demonstrates band gap theory. The Overview Complex AC Circuit program allows users to adjust the voltage, load resistance, capacitance, and inductance and see the resulting change in the current. The DC Circuit Parallel and Series programs allow users to adjust the voltage and see the the current changes in real time. This is very useful for studying Ohm's Law. The MOSFET Simulation is a Java based online program that simulates a field effect transistor (FET) in enhancement mode.

Note that four of these five free programs requires Windows 9x, NT, XP or later. Only the MOSFET Simulation will run on Mac OS.
