Case 34 -- Anterior Mediastinal Mass

PATIENT HISTORY :

The patient is a 57 year old female with a new anterior mediastinal mass. Her mother died of Zollinger Ellison syndrome and her brother has a gastrinoma. This patient has a 2.0 cm prolactin secreting pituitary adenoma and has hyperparathyroidism.
