Title: Climate Prediction: The Limits of Ocean Models PDF
Url: http://web.mit.edu/globalchange/www/MITJPSPGC_Rpt106.pdf
Creator: Stone, Peter H.
Publisher: Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Joint Program on the Science & Policy of Global Change
Description: Oceans play a significant role in the behavior of climate, and of simulated climate models. Models still do not precisely replicate the behavior of oceans, due to the lack of quantifiable data of the complex actions of ocean water. This paper explores some of the weaknesses of current models, and suggests solutions.
