Description:
This is an online ocean science course for K-12 teachers. This course explores the ocean within the Earth system with special emphasis on (1) water and energy flow into and out of the ocean, (2) the internal properties of the ocean, (3) interactions between the ocean and the other components of the Earth system, and (4) human and societal impacts on those interactions.
