Description: Part of MIT's innovative OpenCourseWare Project that provides materials from MIT classes to the public on the web, the site provide seminar materials that examine the effects of industrialization on the environment and society and the regulatory response to these changes. One of the highlights of the site is projects produced by students in the course, including a study of the environmental impact of the Boston Marathon. The site also provides a syllabus, calendar, references for readings and assignments.
