Pennsylvania State University's College of Earth and Mineral Sciences has made 79 full length courses and materials available to the public through their Open Educational Resources webpage. Courses are available for reuse by teachers, or by learners who don't wish to apply for admission or pursue a degree or academic credit through Penn State. Courses are offered in the areas of Energy and Mineral Engineering, Geography, Geosciences, Materials Science and Engineering, Meteorology, Earth and Environmental Systems, Earth and Mineral Sciences Writing, and Outreach and Library Resources for related subjects.
